2011年1月21日， 西部精神医学协会第二届工作会议（暨辉瑞中枢组专家研讨会）。在协会的发源地成都再次成功举办。
本次会议，有来自中西部工作委员会成员共24位专家与会，他们分别为（排名不分前后）：
高成阁、陈玉龙、张玉堂、况利、瞿伟、李成林、杨彦春、谭庆荣、李静、李毅、伊琦忠、毛文君、黄银宣、谭友果、白燕、刘波、汪波、张瑞岭、刘江玲、张波、周茹英、朱志先。
会议上，与会专家根据第七届郑州西部精神医学论坛的总结，就如何更新、促进即将在云南省昆明市举办的第八届西部精神医学论坛展开了热烈的讨论，会议上碰撞出不少对协会长久发展的十分有利的建议及意见。
21st-Jan-2011, WCPA successfully held the Second Working Conference ( by the surname of the Seminar of Nervus Centralis Experts Group, Pfizer) at Chengdu---the birthland of WCPA.
24 experts of this Working Committee from all Central West area of China attended this grand meeting.
They are (In no particular before and after):
Gao Chengge, Chen Yulong, Zhang Yutang, Kuang Li, Qu Wei, Li Chenglin, Yang Yanchun,Tan Qinrong, Li Jing, Li Yi, Yi Qizhong, Mao Wenjun, Huang Yinxuan,Tan Youguo, Bai Yan, Liu Bo, Wang Bo, Zhang Ruiling, Liu Jianglin, Zhang Bo, Zhou Ruying, Zhu Zhixian.
Based on the report from last WCPA Academic Forum, the committee fully rolled out the discussion on the development of Academic Forum for this year, 2011. There were quite a few “sparks” have been brought out during the brainstorming.

副秘书长张波首先对第七届郑州西部精神医学协会做出总结。用具体数据对比去年参会情况，包括各地区参会人数，投稿地区分布，论坛评比情况。
根据去年的数据显示，除东道主郑州以外，参会及投稿的相对积极的地区主要为广东省及四川省。2011年的征文通知及论坛征集通知已经发出，希望今年能够有更多专家学者能够参与进来。本年度审稿会将在四月的北京如期举行。 |
A summary of last WCPA Academic Forum was given by Zhang Bo as the Vice General Secretary. In the report, there are groups of numbers indicates that the general picture of the forum from last year. According to the figures shows in the report, Guang Dong and Si Chuan come to the top besides Zhengzhou. The paper-call enrollment has been rolled out, we hope there will be more nice and qualified articles turned up in the Paper Auditing Conference which will be held in April, Beijing as planned.

大会全程由孙学礼会长主持。副秘书长张波就2011年年度论坛会的准备情况进行了细致的描述，提出了论坛新创意的计划。周茹英副会长总结了2010年全年工作委员会的工作成果。其中，学术委员会的筹备和建立以及其创立后在香港成功举办的审稿会，7月千人参与的郑州论坛会都是工作委员会不懈努力下为协会创下的又一璀璨篇章，值得骄傲与喝彩。
周茹英副会长提出在2011年中工作会的工作重点为：7月昆明论坛会的举办；协会网站的建设；专业委员会的筹备和创建，并详细介绍了专业委员会申报的流程。
来自第八届论坛会主办方昆明医科大学白燕老师及协会副秘书长郑敏共同介绍了大会预选场地的情况及大会的初步安排。与会工作组的各位老师就全场各个部分各抒己见，积极参与讨论，分享总结经验，统一最佳执行方案。
The conference was chaired by President Sun Xueli. Zhang Bo brought out Forum creation plan in 2011. The Vice President Minnie Zhou summarized the achievement the working committee made in 2010, said the found of academic committee, the paper auditing campaign , and the record for over 1000 people attended annual forum conference were all thanks for the best team work from working committee. The next targets for us in 2011 are: Annual forum conference; website construction and creation of professional committee |
